I just got a 16 gig 2G iTouch for my birthday and I'm loving it. I had thought about the 120 gig classic, but 16 is more than enough for me, as I have around 1,000 songs right now and even that's only about 4.5 - 5 gigs.
Also, I haven't been around here in a while so I don't know what happened. Why aren't you a mod anymore?

Yea, I want it all though. 64 Gigs of flash memory in the iPhone would pretty much make me happy. Enough to hold all my music and plenty of other crap on the phone.
... here's hoping it's available before my current iPhone breaks.
