4.27 / 5.00 (+ 0.037).

Now that that's out of the way, I think your timing is a little bit... I dunno, aloof? It's hard to explain what I mean, but the impression I got at certain parts was that the breaks weren't necessarily intentional and that you were rushing some parts to catch things up.

Anyway, I liked it. Sounds like the sorta metal I'd enjoy. I came here by way of your profile 'cause you're on the BBS and your name seemed cool.

Author's Response:

Thanks man, yeah the timing was a bit off. Not so much rushing, but just that I came in a bit early on parts, probably over anticipated. But yeah, thanks for the review.

Not sure why you had to PM me in order to get me to check this out, but I guess I'm sorta glad you did. The singing gets a little too harsh at parts for me, but overall it's quite enjoyable.

It sounds really professional though. It's hard to believe that you made this on your own, so I guess take that as a compliment. :-)

In conclusions: for an inbox spammer, your music was actually surprisingly good. ;-)

I listened to this loop for probably a solid half hour without noticing it was the same thing. Really cool, I liked the heavy feel to it.

Fived.

Man... I'm suprised my super old stuff holds up so well. It's probably the sound quality or something. Back when I used to care about shit like that.

Really nice effect, made me feel like I was front row of a concert or something. However, that same static-y feel also hurt you, as it hurt the clarity. It was good though, I gave it a five anyway.

Author's Response:

I just found out Tascam makes an 8 track recorder for under 500$.....It would have been cool to be able to fix that in post. I use a standalone CD burner, so I never get to tweak the mix in post.

Perfect for those random walking around animations. If I ever get off my lazy ass (or on it, rather) and animate something I actually submit, I'll be sure to use this for any walking around/thinking animations.

On the music: I loved it. I'm a huge fan of guitar work, and I really liked what you did here. Good stuff.

It was very reminiscent of a Looney Toons game I used to play at one point. Needless to say, you won points for that. Great job, I really liked it.

Author's Response:

Haha, kickin' it old school.
Glad you enjoyed it man. I'll keep you posted when I put something else out.

And so very appropriately named. I just had to check it out, and I was pleasantly surprised. Although I didn't like the beginning as well as I probably could have, it turned out to be very decent background music once it was over.

Really though, the beginning makes the name of the song perfect. Thanks for a good listen.

Author's Response:

Well, I'm glad you thought of it like that. I've been trying to think of a better way to get the intro of the song going, but for now, I'm trying to keep everything real simple until I really try and get into more complex stuff. Thanks for the reviews. :)

I thought it was great. Thanks for linking to this as I never would have checked it out otherwise. I do stuff like that too, and my friends and I often find ourselves doing beatbox type stuff during math class instead of listening. Anyway, I couldn't give you a 10 for effort because it's obvious that that took no effort at all yet still turned out sounding quite good.

Thanks for the interesting listen.

You have a ridiculous voice. My only other real experience with Spanish music is David Bisbál... (esta una persona de España, y mi maestra de Español 4 Honores le gusta su musica).

Anyway, I thought it was great, and the guitar was oustanding as well. Must be the Tae Kwon Do training that made you so good (I am a Bodan).

In conclusion, it was awesome.

Author's Response:

Are you a Shodan-bo belt? Cool :) I love TaeKwonDo...The TaeKwonDo is my life...so this is just a hobbie ;)

Thanks for your review...
